This Fire It Up Yoga Series will get every part of you awake, worked, and fired up. Each class begins focusing on a specific part of your body - legs and hips, core, back, shoulders and arms - spending many long deep breaths in movements that deeply challenge muscle groups, and build concentration and focus in your mind.
The second part of each class puts these movements together in a flow for an all-over strong, energizing experience. Plus there are two bonus classes that build strength through a combination of continuous whole-body flow, with sprinkled-in moments to stay deeply in movements for that extra fire.
Prepare to build some serious heat and feel all over revved up. This Fire it Up Series is led by Strala founder Tara Stiles, and is great when you want to gain some real strength and emotional gusto in a focused period of time. And just like all Strala courses, it's designed to help everyone - every age, size, history, and background - move more powerfully from right where you are each day.

When can I use this class series, and how long can I keep using it? You can use it whenever you like! And once you've completed everything, it all remains yours to use whenever you want. Strala was created by Tara, drawing on her background in classical ballet and choreography, as well as her long-time personal practice in yoga.
Tara trained with Paul Taylor Dance Company choreographer and dancer Eileen Cropley, and began her yoga study in the 1990s with her ballet teacher, Rory Foster of American Ballet Theater.
Thousands of guides are now leading Strala classes around the globe in partner studios, gyms, clubs, hotels, and community centers. Strala’s worldwide training and practice center is in downtown New York City.
Tara partners with W Hotels on FIT with Tara Stiles — a global program bringing Strala Yoga classes and healthy recipes to W properties around the world. She collaborated with Reebok to design their Reebok Yoga lifestyle range, and has authored several best-selling books including Slim Calm Sexy Yoga, Yoga Cures, Make Your Own Rules Diet, Make Your Own Rules Cookbook, Strala Yoga, and Guiding Strala, all translated and published in several languages.
Tara supports The Alliance for a Healthier Generation, and the American Heart Association initiative to combat childhood obesity, as well as the BOKS program, which together are bringing Strala classes to more than 30,000 schools around the United States.
